Rules of stay in Forest Manor
Time of and departure
Night stay at our homestead begins at 15:00 pm and ends the next day at 12:00 hours. The time between 12:00 and 15:00 hours is intended for cleaning the houses. If you wish to arrive earlier (between 12:00 and 15:00 hours) or depart later (between 12:00 and 15:00 hours) please inform us in advance. If you are 6 hours late and do not inform us in advance we DO NOT return your payment!
Owners’ Obligations
The owners of the estate will ensure that all the equipment and furniture in the apartment, as well as the quality of other services fit the description on this web pages, and hygiene requirements of the Republic of Belarus are met.
The prices are not to be changed after the deposit has been paid and the reservation has been made.
If circumstances arise, because of which it would be impossible to provide the services within the time specified in the confirmation of the reservation, the owners of the estate shall immediately inform the client and the deposit will be returned.
Guests’ Obligations
Guests have to act according to the internal rules of the estate, as well as follow rules of safe behavior and fire safety.
Guests shall respect the property of the estate, comply with safety measures for fire protection and environmental protection requirements. If the damage is caused by the guest it has to be re-paid.
During their stay in the estate, guests have to follow the requirements of safe recreation and sports. They must also ensure the safety of their children. If the client or his/her children get injured the management of the hunting grounds is not responsible for it.
Arriving at the hunting grounds, guests are required to sign a service agreement, which details the rights and obligations provided for guests and hosts during their stay on the hunting grounds.
